    Hi all,

    I'm using 10.2.1.3253 OS
    I set ON to all option and default rule, I try create new rule but Priority Hub still empty. Please help me config, Thanks !

    Hi Chein,
    After you made the changes to priority hub, have you restarted the hub?
    On the hub Page, swipe down at an angle from the top right corner about an inch 5 times.
    This will restart the hub... Thinking the hub my need a reboot to make the changes take effect.

    Oh And to use the Priority Hub, you have to pinch inside the hub to activate Priority hub.

    Leave the option on for a couple of days it will only work with new messages I think.

    Fyi. : pinch to zoom is a different option. That is in hub settings> display and actions > pinch filter criteria. Not the same as priority hub.
