    As you see on attached image, i am doing absolutely nothing with the phone while that happens, no apps running in the BG and the phone doesn't gets warm or hot. But average CPU use was like 3% for me before that!

    I don't use dropbox, facebook, onedrive or anything, just VK but thats an android app and can't run in the background while closed. Yes maybe my phone sends all information to KGB

    Maybe Android app causes this issue. Try to uninstall VK and reboot and you'll if it's gonna be ok. If not, reload is only solution.

    Your best bet would be to un-install whatever app(s) you downloaded before your issue started. If your CPU returns to normal, then re-install the apps, one-by-one, until you find your CPU usage starts climbing again.

    I haven't installed any app recently and it worked fine a long time with vk and kik which are my only android apps...

    Reloaded the OS but that didn't helped, battery drops 1% all 10 mins, I do nothing, I have no facebook, dropbox, weather app or anything running and updating, only my outlook account.

    Show the standby memory usage, mobile data usage and wifi usage. It's hard to do any analysis with just cpu.

    There is definitely something that is capable to go online mess up. Look at your wifi usage. There is a lot of input output for just a "standby"

    It seem the apps that cause the issue never close judging from persistent high RAM usage by "standby" so go to "memory" tab to see if there is any unusual app opening.

    It seems all is normal other than cpu which quite high. How many apps you use?. Mind show it to see if. I think you just have to reload Os with BlackBerry link install apps one by one again.

    I reloaded the OS yesterday and did that, I just use whatsapp, VK, the stock browser and file manager

    No still the same, also it worked fine for months with those installed. I did a security wipe, reloaded the OS again but still the same issue

    Guess you can try to close apps that can be close in "memory" tab and then don't use your phone. See if the problem disappear.

    Just a extremely wild guess. Maybe the cpu short circuit and go crazy

    i decided to install a 10.3 leak now.. after half a day leaving the phone alone (with all apps i need installed) cpu usage stays below 4%... problem solved and on 10.3 VK finally gives me notifications for messages
