    My father is trying to add channels I have. We both have Q10's. And for some reason when he tries to add the channels a pop up says its inappropriate content or the region is wrong. I can add these channels fine why can't he?

    Are there parental controls set on the phone for some reason? Settings/Security/Parental Controls?

    He had a 9900 before and had the same issue. I thought by going to the Q10 yesterday he would be free of the issue. I can check security though!
