I just had to share this even though the author will get more clicks. I was taken aback by how much the author hates BlackBerry. Every adjective is used to express his anger and hate towards BlackBerry.

I just don't understand how somebody can hate a company so much.

I so love that he pointed out that one guy that used expletives to describe his Bold and his hate for it.
I could ask two of my uncles working overseas how they enjoy their work give. Android and IPhone and they'd react the same damn way. You can't take 1 persons opinion to prove your 'point'

Keep in mind the article's "author": Andy Boxall.
I think we've got a serious rival to Ina Fried for the prize of "Most stupid allegedly Tech journalist" (Ina Fried is the one who asked Mr. Chen :"I want security for my smartphone, but do i really need security for my house?" and they were talking about a connected house that has webcams, doors, heating system that is controlled over internet...).
And because Boxall can't stand BB10's assistant lacking a name, Blackberry could call its assistant Andy...
You could play with the word (Handy) and it seems a name fit for people prone to do as they are told (this Boxall seems like a little Mossberg... at the very least "Apple-centric")
