PureVPN and PIA and WiTopia VPN is best for BlackBerry.. I don't hear that other VPNs provide good support to BB so I would recommend to try PureVPN or WiTopia you can see the difference of both VPNs PureVPN vs WiTopia I personally recommend PureVPN and hope that you also have a good experience with it..

The best one for BB10 is ProtonVPN which is stable and solid, and for other OSs: VyprVPN, ExpressVPN, Astrill, ProtonVPN. I cannot say that one is better than the other as the environment in China is always changing due to the Great FireWall of China, but they work well, note that only VyprVPN can give you access to Chinese apps and services while connected as other VPNs make it very hard to connect to everything Chinese, note that my answer is based on my personal experience not on reviews, I have subscriptions of ExpressVPN, ProtonVPN, Astrill and VyprVPN and tried many others like VPN.ac NordVPN, Kaspersky, Wise, and many others, I hope this will help.

NordVPN works great on BB10 phones. Unfortunately, to work in China, you need to connect to their Obfuscated servers. This will work on your laptop etc but the server protocols are different to what BB10 can handle.
