Pull the battery out wait a minute or two, and replace the battery.

Battery Pull

You can trying backing up your device and then doing a Security Wipe or Reinstall the OS......

But more likely you will have to either get someone to check the digitizer connections or replace it. Might be cheaper to buy a used S2 or another device.

Have you had the Storm2 for a while ? Battery pulls are required often to fix all sorts of problems !
