So I recently had my orientation at one of the big 4. Today I learned that one of the biggest brands doesn't support my bb10. I won't be able to access my work email.

Cryptic. BB10 is an OS for communicating; is your handset broken?

Well, then you are at the wrong Big Four. The one I work for supports all devices, including BB10. You must be at PwC or Deloitte?

I am at neither. But I was told they dont support BB10 they only supoort the Legacy OS. So I am unable to get email on my phone. Theres a certain app called "good" or something that they need so they can monitor email and what not.

That is nuts if that is the case. BlackBerry really needs to pursue the big 4 I've noticed in recent years employees are able to use devices other then a BlackBerry.

The big 4 is pretty damn massive.

Good is a competing brand to BES. Personally,I think it's inferior, but it supported iOS and Android at a time that BES did not. BES12 changes that, from a technical perspective, but the company then has to upgrade.

Sounds like they have all BB, then wanted to go iPhone and Android, but BES didn't support that, so they bought Good, and kept around the BES5 to support their fleet of installed legacy devices. Unfortunately, BES5 doesn't support BB10.

Thanks for the explanation. He said he expects in his future it should be supported. I suggest hope soon.
