    my phone was working perfectly fine then when l tried to access my pictures, it told me to switch off device. l did this and when l switched it on again, it was slow at reboting and it got stuck when it was nearly done probably at 97% and it has been like that for 8 hours. l havent downloaded anything or updated anything, the phone is only 2 months old. l am really frustrared, what to do? please an help would be appreciated

    try holding the volume up and down buttons in until it shows you the loading circle again, if that doesn't help plug into BB link and see if you can reload software,

    Pull. This is the one time you could try doing it. Pull and let it sit for a few minutes.

    But try what Slff suggested first.

    I'm in the same situation. I've done the following but to no avail:

    Restart
    Held the power button for 10 seconds until it boots up again
    removed the battery
    Plugged the phone to a Mac/Link but it's not being detected

    I'm running out of options


    Help! Now my phone is bricked.

    I'm in the same situation. I've done the following but to no avail:

    Restart
    Held the power button for 10 seconds until it boots up again
    removed the battery
    Plugged the phone to a Mac/Link but it's not being detected

    I'm running out of options


    Help! Now my phone is bricked.
    Turn it off, plug to the PC and run an autoloader. You'll lose your data, but you'll get your phone back.

    I don't know how to do it so I brought it to the phone retailer and it will take 2-3 weeks to get repaired. They'll send it to the BlackBerry service center here in the Philippines.

    Aw man. That sucks. You should have tried reloading the OS yourself. As it probably is not a hardware issue. Hope you get your phone quickly repaired.
