Need a help here!

I bought a BB Z30 1 month back fresh piece from a retail store, it worked just fine all these days; but since Yesterday, the number pad stops showing for entering the password when i try to unlock the device.
Today it stopped showing the keyboard where it used to appear!!
While writing this post it stopped showing the keyboard, after some time it appeared. i think its the problem with OS
Can anyone help me on this?

Now i've got Z30 on which i can't type anywhere.
This is embarrassing!

Try doing a hard reset. Hold the volume up and down button simultaneously for a while and the device will reboot. Should fix the issue.

Does swiping up from the blackberry logo with two fingers not force the keyboard to show for you??
