My Torch 9810 suddenly died a few months back. I got a 9900 from a friend, but I would like to bring my 9810 back if I can. I was charging it, and it just suddenly died. Blank screen, no led, nothing. Attempts to pull the battery and then turn it back on didn't work. It isn't recognized by my PC either. I would appreciate some help

Have you tried replacing the battery?

I tried another battery from a friend who also had a 9810, and that did nothing.

its a hardware problem on ic power. It happened on my 9800

So that means it's completely dead then? and that would just happen instantly out of the blue?

I found the 9810 to be buggy as hell I had 2 of them even the repair shops could not fix mine I moved on 9900 and have had no problems at all .
