I went to BB shop and the Z30 is 499.00 the Z10 is 299 is there really a big difference between the two is one better than the other i do love the big screen which is why i want this but am asking the experienced folks is it work its price tag and can i load android apps? If i do not get this i am going with the Q10. Thanks for your help and answers in advance.

Only thing that I can tell is Z30 is brilliant! There is no word to describe it! Battery life is great! I can't kill the phone!
Most of Android apps running well but I prefer not to use them! If the price doesn't matter I suggest you buy Z30. The only problem that I had on my z10 was battery. Except that it's a great device!
By the way Q10 is fantastic too!

I've been using the Z30 for almost three months now and I have had no complain at all. It's the perfect BB10 device so far. You will definitely love the big screen and battery life is out of this world. I was previously on the Z10 and the only thing I missed is the brightness(z30 brightness can't compete with z10) but you will love brightness of the z30 more in dark places.
As for android apps, you've got no problem. Just load up snap on it and download as many android apps as you want. They all work. Just a few of them don't especially those with google play services but some folks in here got their work arounds.
The Q10 is also good but I'm a freak for touch screen devices, so I prefer the Z30.

Z30 is the best phone currently out. The battery life is amazing and I been running a Z30 for 6 months now and have had 0 problems.

I owned the Z10 and loved it. Upgraded to the Z30 the first day it was available... Best device in the business right now!

...I still have the Z10 I bought at launch...was a great phone...still is...but my Z30 just goes on from there in an awesome way...almost triple the battery life on really good use...a very nice screen...the virtual keyboard (to me anyway) is faster and more accurate (my big fingers)...it's a little smoother due to the faster processor...and the speakers are so, so good for a phone...to me they are the best out there...loud, clear, and have a surprising tone range for the size of them...another feature that goes understated is the FM radio...no data required...just plug in your headphones (you can leave them in and switch to speakers, As the headphones are required for the antenna) and go...

I concur with every thing in the last post. Still use my Z10 occasionally, but it just doesn't compare. A big feature for me is the USB to go. Fantastic option imo.

I have all 3 devices. If you prefer qwerty phones get the Q10 no question otherwise go for the Z30.

I have both, and the Z30 is a better phone.

The battery life is worlds better than the Z10, and it also feels much more premium. Typing is easier because it's bigger, and I prefer the screen colors too. Everything about the Z30 is nicer, to be honest. I almost never use my Z10 now.

If you dig white phones, the White Z30 is $100 less through BlackBerry. Just got mine in today and boy is it pretty!

Z30 has a larger display, slightly better chipset (though not much), better speakers than the Z10, MUCH better battery than the Z10. However, the Z10 screen is also MUCH better than that of the Z30. The Z10 battery life is also pretty pathetic. Those are all the major differences. Camera, RAM stay the same, though the Z30 has a better antenna and includes Miracast

Agree with all the comments stated here. The only thing I would add is that I feel that the z30 is a bit more slippery in my hands. With the z10, the battery backdoor material seems a bit more tread-like and less prone to slipping. Whereas the z30 is more smooth and seems to slide more. I'm sure you have seen many instances of z30 cracked screens. I don't know the root cause, but would suspect that a lot of times, the device is slipping out of people's hands. I could be wrong though.

Yes switch or upgrade you won't regret it! I upgraded from a q10 and there was no turning back. It's amazingly fast,responsive, and intuitive.

My battery was at its end of life and instead of purchasing a new battery, I decided to upgrade instead and is amazed on al fronts. The typing accuracy is really ammmmmaaazing. Typing accuracy for me has always been a concern and this is one of the best all touch devices used so far.
