Ever since the new update I noticed that all BBM group pictures are cropped at the bottom or some sort of black band covers the bottom part... I'm using the Q10 so I don't know if it's a specific to that phone.

Depending on the size and orientation of the photo (landscape vs. portrait), it could appear cut off in the screen where you are able to comment. Double tap the photo and it will open as a full page image. On the Q10, you may have to scroll to see the entire image, but it will be there.

Yes, the double tap opens up a bigger frame. But the preview never had that black band at the bottom before. It's almost as if the new version of BBM was properly formated for Q10 phones or something.

I've had this problem too. In groups if I open a picture there is a black band and the last line of the picture title is hidden. To fix I hit the comments tab at the bottom then hit it again to go back to the picture.

It didn't do this before. I don't know what's wrong but it is a bug.

I made a BBM group for the very first time a week back (Q5), just to share pictures and encountered this silly bug

As if pictures not going through in a normal chat when the app is closed wasn't bad enough.

@Tex3523, that's exactly my issue. Almost as if the latest BBM updated wasn't configured for Q10s or Q5s...
