Even though my device has free space about 2gb I can't download apps from blackberry world. This problem arised after updating to 10.2.1.2977.how to solve this issue??

Are you trying to download free or paid apps? If paid, do you have your payment options setup correctly?

How large is the app you are trying to download? The device needs both space/room to download the app and then additional space to expand and install it as a working app. So, the amount of space might not be sufficient to accommodate those two stages. Can you move photos, videos or music so an sd card to free up space.

It's nova 3 app of 990 mb and my device has 2.4 gb free space

N.O.V.A 3 install size is 1.9 GB. As for the error message you're getting you need to free up 990 MB data from your device memory. Free up the data and try to install again.

Well, if Faizan is correct about the size, you are pushing very close to the limits in any event. You'll need to free up space - delete unused apps, or music, etc.
