    Everytime when i send msg via whats up they cost same like normal msg,i dont know why,and my wi fi is on.some sugestion.or whats up isnt free mesenger.

    That is weird. Do you have your mobile network enabled as well? Some carriers have such a weird thing that it would count your usage and charge you for it even if you are on a wi-fi connection at the same time.
    I do not think that this has something to do with Whatsapp but rather with your phone/carrier.

    How do you know that it is "costing the same like normal message"? Are you on a pay as you go plan with limited calls and messaging? Are you checking your account every day to see if your messages have increased? From what I remember when I used to use WhatsApp, it should only be using data.

    If the mobile network is off, how is money being deducted from.. whatever?

    There are two ways to get this message.
    1) WhatsApp DOES cost money after the first free year. It's $1 in Canada I believe.
    2) If you don't have a data plan on your phone AND you are even trying a little bit, you will get a message or SMS from your carrier warning you.

    If it is not "1" above then try going into Settings and Network Settings and then turn off Mobile Data (or all Mobile) to see if you get the message. If there is no more message than this is the problem.

    Where are you located? My friend in Australia says he is being charged for WhatsApp messages by his network. It is apparently standard there.
