My BB Z10 has a problem..

Android app over Mobile data 3G connection not working but over WI-Fi its worked.. what the problem please help me..

When i bought this mobile that time Android app working but from last 4 days its not waorking and says "NO CONNECTION AVAILABLE"............... What to do please help...

Hard reset,

If that doesn't work, try finding an app that allows you to turn off wi-fi in Android OS


If I remember, there was an issue like this before

Download the Nova Launcher application. It should imitate an Android home screen and the settings and everything. Open up the settings and see if mobile data is turned on.

This is what I did:
I security-wiped my phone. Still didn't work.
I finally used the escreen facility->3GPP Radio->Utilities-> And clicked the PRESS button for PS attach. Android apps can finally access the internet.!!
