I Ordered a BlackBerry Q10 Silver Bezel From Ebay a few weeks ago and dissembled the phone and changed the BlackBerry Q10 Black with a silver the image show above, now it kinda looks like the 9900 which gives it a more of a classy look.

I used the iFix it Mat so i do not lose any screws while doing or misplace anything, it really helped in the dis assembly which isn't to hard as this phone was one of the easiest thing i have dissembled i also follow the instruction of the video of techguyz708 on Youtube.

Overall it was a fun experience and i give a big +1 for blackberry for making it easy to take apart this phone as if anything happened and we no longer have warranty we ca do this in really simple steps.

What I used for this :

iFixit Pro Magnetic Project Mat
T5 Screw Driver.
T6 Screw Driver.
Phillips ScrewDriver ( Dont have the exact size/info ).

Did the same thing recently as I was changing the keyboard because of the double typing issue, so I thought I might as well change the bezel too to try out the "Bold" look. Was pleasantly surprised by how quick and easy the Q10 is to disassemble and reassemble.

Thanks for the writeup. I did this a few months ago, to a Q10 that I purchased used with many dings/scratches. My only complaint is that the silver bezel has started to show scratches around the charging port even though I baby this thing, keep it in a leather pouch, etc. It just seems the Q10 was made of poor materials compared to other phones I've owned.
