So how does this work? Nothing is marked priority and I can't find the icon to turn it on or off!

Any suggestions? It's a Z10, latest software update was last week from Bell.

If you can't see that, from the Hub, tap More > Settings > Priority Hub > ON.

I think this is a fabulous feature and I use it all the time. I have set the 'Pinch Filter Criteria' in the Settings menu to Priority Hub which means I just pinch the screen to squeeze down the whole Hub to a few select contacts. Alternatively, you can select Priority Hub from the menu icon on the lower left corner. I have my Priority Hub set to include everyone with my last name and then I have also added individual contacts by long-tapping one of their messages and selecting the top icon (Add Priority).
