I installed 10.3.700 on an old z10. It worked so well (snappy) that I'd like to keep on using it, but...

I want to use a prepaid ATT Go Plan with the phone and to do that I need to change the APN settings. In the past, I've done that my accessing the escreen:// hidden settings, but it's not working for me on 10.3.700. Any one else run into this problem? Any solutions?

I tried what Bla1ze suggested and escreens opens but it is just a white screen. I also tried escreen:// in the Q10 web browser and it opens and I got the same white screen.
