    I can't switch between personal and work home screen on my z10 STL100-3 running 10.2.1.2228...
    I keep swiping down from the middle of the screen but nothing happens...

    Swipe down from the top of the screen - this opens the quick settings menu - the button to switch to work (or to personal if you ate already in work) is at the bottom of the quick settings menu.

    yup. Thats the changes from 10.1. caught quite a few people with that.

    I don't have such thing in my quick settings.... and I went to toggle settings and there is no add button....wow I can't even attach a screen shot.... !!!!

    Settings/Quick Settings, check it in list, can even move it to top.

    It's only available when you are connected to your work BES server. It's not available otherwise. Is this a phone the place you work at gave you?
