Condition: 9.5/10 due to being used, but this phone was babied (see images)

Includes: Black BlackBerry Q10, SQN100-3, original battery, original back cover. Does not include microSIM card or microSD card for additional storage. Original box with all original contents: manual, original USB charger, original USB data cable, original (unopened) stereo hands-free headphones with mic. PLUS brand new unused/unopened screen protector, smoke gray translucent gel case, and red and black bumper case, all pictured below.

Shipping Details: $25, tracked and insured. OR local pick-up available (in Montreal and possibly in Toronto as well)

Additional Info: I bought this phone in October 2013, to use alongside my Z10. I loved it so much, I used it almost exclusively until getting a Z30 in May. The physical keyboard, screen clarity, and battery life on this phone are phenomenal!! No double-typing issues some have reported with Q10s. (I would say the only downside is a smaller screen, but I used it mainly for work and communications and this is a powerhouse for that!). Since I'm looking at getting the Passport later, both this and the Z10 (white, unlocked, also listed in CB marketplace) are for sale (no point in tons of backup phones).
It has ALWAYS been in a case and ALWAYS with a screen protector, has no physical flaws. (Any marks noted in the pictures above on the screen are either when the screen protector was in place, a reflection, or dust. The far shots with the screen protector on, not on the screen itself. I have removed the screen protecter to take the close-up images, since an unopened one will be provided for your use.) Photos also show close ups of the phone, naked. No scratches/dings/dents... this was babied. Any "dots" are specks of dust that I couldn't see (but showed up in the photographs). Phone has been security wiped and is ready to go to a new home!
NOTE: I am also trying to sell outside of CB, so will let any potential buyers know if there is a potential sale happening.
