So I had couple of drinks the other night and was sitting outside on balcony with some anti-Blackberry friends. I left my phone on parapet. Can't remember how but it fell out on the street level. So I went down to check it. Not even the back cover was seperated and the phone was still working.

I got upstairs with joy, went to balcony -where my friends were laughing- and shouted 'IT'S F.. WORKING... BLACKBERRY. YEAH! ' and phone slipped trough my fingers to the street again.. Back cover and battery was off this time. I put them together and it is still working like a charm.

I thought to replace Bezel and/or battery door.
But don't ask me how!? I think there is a youtube video explaining the steps thoroughly...

    Enjoy!

yea you could easily swap out the housing, but i would for sure void your warranty if you still have it.

It's under warranty. I was already having the 'double type' issue. So maybe they will replace it all.

The damaged housing would negate the warranty. I seriously doubt you would get away with claiming the exchange now.

Great to know that your Q10 is still intact. Tell the anti-BB friends to do the same. Anyway, I'm sure your Q10 is swearing at you right now.

Wow. That's a lot better than me: I tried taking a picture of a huge spider with my Note Pro tablet in the bathroom and... It slipped out of my hands.
    *moment of silence! here please*
The screen completely shattered, the tablet wouldn't turn on.
I was told that fixing it would be upward of 350 dollars and take up to 6 weeks.
So I calculated that with an iPad, with apple care, repairing a screen would be 80 bucks.
And while I was so sure I'd never get another iPad again... That's exactly what I did.
    *sigh*

    B. Should offer rto replace his Q10 free of charge with a limited edition, a small paid spot in an epic commercial about dedication to quality, fans, and their security being only matched by the build quality if their devices: not the competition, not the most popular device nor the one that gets the mist sales, cause with the underdog you can always trust they will NEVER back stab you go shifty or lie to you, they've got nothing to loose and yet everything, everything to WIN!
