    Anyone know why my Z30 does not show the caller name for incoming calls when the caller name and number are in the address book ?
    All were copied from my old Bold9900 which used to work fine.
    Any ideas ??

    Well a lot depends on which OS you are using. Some of the leaks do not show the names....that has happened to me a few times.

    The primary reason this happens is when the same phone number is in more than one contact record with even slightly different names and the contacts are not linked.

    Do a phone number search and see if it is in two different records. If it is, either link the two records or delete one.

    Try this, swipe down repeatedly about 5 times from the top right corner of the screen while you're in the call app.
