Just received an email announcing Google Drive Apps Infinite space. See pic attached.
Can this be a response of some sort?

Here's the catch, it's for business, and, it's not free. $10.00/user/month. Details in attachment. And Asterisk=
*Unlimited storage is available to all customers with five or more user accounts. Customers with fewer user accounts will receive 1TB/user.

It would be fun to put that to the test.
I wonder if they would say anything after a petabyte.

Unless it's a type of business that deals with really large files. Maybe a photographer / movie maker.

    Competition is good....

But a platform without a cloud service of it's own for at the minimum, backup is.... puzzling. Right now if you own a BlackBerry, you really need a computer. There is no reason for this reliance in 2014.

100% agree, the fact BlackBerry users have to reply on Link or a third party backup solution is unacceptable. They should have had full BlackBerry Protect built into BB10.

"Own" and "Computer " Keywords here. It would be awesome they had there own, for not only pictures and videos, but like an actual device backup. Like Protect in BBOS.

For now I think they did a great job with integration with Box, Dropbox, and Onedrive. I know these are multi platform, but the integration is phenomenal. And let's not forget Remote File Access "computer " I know, but I use all these a lot, and they work great.

But yes, competition is good because it gives us all the above.
