    Hi,

    Do you know, how to turn on Loudspeaker when you make a Video Call in BBM?

    There is no button for it because Vidoe chat only uses LoudsSpeaker. There is no point to have a video chat and put the phone to your ear to have a conversation.

    Can you say which OS are you having this issue with? Maybe you need to restart your device.
