Working on my Z30.

One thing I worry about with the Q20 is if the screen size is going to limit my Android apps? Could what is going on with this netflix update be because of incompatibility with square screens.?

Yup. Pretty annoying when an app totally stops working without a clear reason. I hope it is not just screen-ratio related and they get it working again soon.

I can confirm in my house we have 1 Z10 working fine and 1 Q10 not with the netflix update. Q10SQN100-1/10.2.1.3175. I hope it's not a sign of square woas to come for the passport.

If you read my post immediately prior to yours, the problem only affects 1:1 ratio devices. All-touches are fine.

you never know, might be fixed in a later update. i remember newer versions of GroupMe didn't work on Q's but worked on the Z's. In later updates this was fixed.

This is why in afraid to get the Classic even though I really want a keyboard. A BB10 Torch is the only device that would meet my needs.

Netflix Version 3.0 or the higher new 3.6 on Z10 STL100-1, open the app but when you touch play the app try to open the video but never start, i think is a hardware problem but if somebody have any solution help us!! the new versions of Netflix App don't have the player mode option!!
I hope that all these problems are completely finished with the new version of the operating system BB Os10.3.1

It's an application issue I believe due to all previous versions working fine on my Q10

The latest version works again, just got it through Gplay. At least on 10.3, but I am guessing older OS version will work now as well.
