    Open BBM and swipe from the top down..and you will see an icon for scan to invite

    It's still there. Click on invite to bbm, then minimize Kb. Should be at bottom

    I have an STL100-3 (Z10), BBM Version 10.3.33.18, Software 10.2.1.2941. I believe it as all the latest official.
    Scan to Invite is there when I pull the settings down from the top in BBM.

    Ya I don't understand why you don't have the scan button in the middle. I guess you could try a reinstall for BBM.

    This is a shot in the dark, but could something else be causing this, like your camera is deactivated or something. It would be pretty hard to scan something if your camera was blocked through administrative settings or something like that.

    You say you have the same hardware and software versions as me but don't have the option? What else could it be aside from the software version or hardware type?
