Lately my M key is double typing and worse when I type my N key 80% of the time an M will appear. Any help or suggestions welcome

What you have goes hand in hand with the double type issue and is commonly referred to having a "hypersensitive" key. Basically, all you have to do is brush the key with your thumb and the letter appears, most of the time in multiple.

It is extremely annoying and there is no fix other than replacing the keyboard. This has happened to me on both my keyboards. The first time with the sym key, now with the e key.

I'd like to complain to BlackBerry about it, but due to having virtually zero customer support, they are impossible to get a response from. I have sent 6 tweets to @blackberryhelp with no responses.

This problem started happening on my Dev Alpha C about 2 months after I received it. Of course there's no warranty, so I just lived with it.

I then tried a suggestion I found on one of the threads that seems to have worked. Press down hard on the bad key and hold it down for a bit. For me, for now, that solved the issue.
