You replied from the quick reply button which brings up the keyboard over top of whatever app you're in at the time which explains why the text input area in the BBM app is covered up slightly.

First of all, Quick Reply comes down from the top and is not getting showed in this picture

On my Z10 I had issues with replying from a quick reply and the keyboard wouldn't disappear after I hit send. So, if you are in the BBM app and you get a message it gives you the option to quick reply from the top, which obviously brings up the keyboard from the bottom of the screen and the Action Bar is somewhat translucent. All I am saying is I bet you hit the quick reply button at the top then didn't realize the keyboard didn't disappear after you hit send and it looked like the BBM app was glitching when really it is probably an issue in the OS.

Makes total sense to me.

Yes, I replied to the first message in Quick Reply. But as you see you can't reply 2 times two one message in Quick Reply. Only once per message.
It would be more of an app launcher if you could send multiple messages per message received (i wish they would actually implement that feature in the top or bottom corner to launch the app and the apps in the HUB as well)


Anyways this is a pointless argument so I'm not going to read the rest. The UI is bad and that's all I'm trying to show. Hoping BlackBerry will see and fix it.

Actually 10.3 is the issue. Only those on the leaked OS are having this problem. It runs perfect on the official OS

I havent had any of these issues with the new BBM. Have you tried restarting your phone?

running differently and sloppy UI are completely different

Feel free to post the same scenario pics of 10.2.1 if it's different but I doubt it's because of 10.3.

I could see bugs in 10.3 vs 10.2.1 but the UI should be the same. (no bugs reported in 10.3 so far)

It's running golden on 10.3. Well not as good as it was on BBOS but you get what I mean.

If you are on the 10.3 leak, turning off the action bar with keyboard will fix your issue. I am on that leak and have gone from official BBM to beta, now to this new release and haven't lost messages or had any other issues. It's an easy fix. Also now have a nice blue background for my BBM as a plus!
