Sprint Q10s cannot be unlocked. Sprint reps may claim so, but they just can't be. And that's a shame, because these phone could have been used for up to HSPA+ speeds on AT&T and T-Mobile refarmed markets.

Free bump for ya. Selling Sprint phones is too darn hard these days. I'd have jumped all over this a while ago if I was still on Sprint. Awesome deal, but I'm on Verizon now. I've been trying to practically give away a BlackBerry 9650 on Sprint but nobody even gives it a sniff.

Maybe! Sprint has a policy that allows you to bring sprint phones to their subsidiary carriers Boost Mobile and Virgin Mobile, but not all of their phones are compatible you need to check with Virgin, but I suspect the Q10 will work, make sure you let them know it is not like a traditional BB and it does NOT require a BIS or special "blackberry" data plan.
