Battery is still the major gripe. App functionality is much better to a year ago but the hardware aspect regarding performance appears weaker.

I bought an expensive charging cable by belkin 6 months ago. Already the locking pin has broke. What is it with cables? Iphone 30 pin was also notoriously bad.

The battery is still frustrating. I'm not sure if in the summer months the phone gets hotter easier or its to do with the fact the OS is losing performance but my phone foes through random periods of excessive battery drain.

I maybe be at work for 6 hours with much of the time being idle. As soon as 3pm arrives and I get a text or some missed calls I return I notice my phone is warm. Very warm.

So consistency would be nice with performance. When charging it gets very warm too but this phone once sustained water damage so have to take that in consideration

Thought I may add snap2chat and timber are in my phone. I do wonder why these apps drain a lot of battery life

Well its been a year here and I use mine to run a business. I take good care of mine. Have a severly beaten microfiber case the I repaired once now about to be thrown away.

The phone it self is scratch less and looks new. Amazing powder coating. I am not kidding. I do use it alot. Its even taken a tumble on asphalt once but came up flawless. Shoe saved the major speed.

The latest OS from Rogers is just the best I could imagine for the Z10. Excellent Battery life. very very stable.

You should RELOAD your OS. It sounds like there are some problems there. PIM services have improved alot in the latest OS.
Buy a bigger batt with a bigger back case if that doesnt work.
Dont use crap apps.

I have my Z10 since February of last year. Still works perfectly and I get atleast 8 hours on heavy usage.

Love it, probably only get about 10hrs now with moderate usage as I have just started using a blue tooth headset for about 6hrs a day. To avoid killing myself when using the phone when driving

Doing pretty good with my Z10. I usually have the phone hooked up to my workstation at work when I arrive at the office till it is fully charged. Then I unplug the phone and let it sit on the CB stand for Z10 for the rest of the day while not in use.

I use the bluetooth connection to listen to podcast while commuting every morning.

i have been using mine for a year. it performs as new as day one. if yours not doing well, it is not the phone's fault but yours.

My Z10 is holding up great!!. with a 64 gb sd card and great accessories, but can't wait for the Z50 or similar. Then my Z10 will be my back up cell...am working on a few converts to BB at work. They love my Z10 and are within months of replacing their phones and contracts...so time will tell.....BlackBerry, YOU ROCK!!!!...

Doing well with mine. Over a year old. 10-12 hours of battery life. I prefer to carry mine naked but will use cases sometimes. No screen protector. No complaints.

I have mine since March 2013. Couple it with 64GB SD card. Use it extensively. Watch Netflix and youtube almost every day with micro hdmi. I use the PlayBook charger to charge it. It's going strong.

To be completely honest, I didn't think I would like the Z10. I favor Nokia windows phone. Windows phone is my fav still, but I really can't complain about BlackBerry and the BB10 stuff. It does what I need it to and it does it well. I like to bash every now and then to get things exciting lol.
I'm really not the jerk some people might think I am. Nobody knows my personality on here.

Hi My Z10 is rocking just fine. It is my second one as my first one was stolen. Yes battery life could be better as I'm a heavy user but it does everything I need & more. The latest update made things even better & I can't wait for 10.3. I'm still learning more of what my Z10 can do everyday. Rocking 24-7 with my Z10 & 64GB Playbook

My Z10s are about 8 months old and still doing well. The only apps I added were crackberry and snap2chat. Not really much of an app guy anyway. The stock apps that came pre-loaded work just fine for business and personal needs.

2 Z10s are in Otterbox defender cases and have survived numerous falls! The third is in a blackberry flip case and hardly gets used anyway.

I'm holding out for a successor to the Z30 or maybe even the Classic when they come out.

Battery life is not as much an issue as it was with early bb10 os. But just in case I do get low on battery I have spares and chargers easily accessible wherever I go.

Haven't had problems with apps running wild and eating up battery life, but like I said, I only added 2 apps.

Never had reboot or shutdown problems. 2 of my Z10s are from AT&T and the third from shopblackberry. All perform great. I loaded the 10.3 leaks at one point but went back to 10.2.1.3175 after I got tired of playing around with it.

Overall my Z10s are performing as could be expected.

My z10 has been holding up quite well since I bought it last July. From all the updates and leaked OS's I install on it, it's as good as day one. I'm probably asking for it but I take it with me in a zip lock bag on canoeing trips.

After all the abuse it went through, the countless OS leaks, and the heavy load... my Z10 finally started giving me problems.

Sorry to hear that. I have two batteries and in summer I always struggle with overheating. Maybe because it's harder for the phone to be kept cool but I know it's not good for the lithium ion.
