Some time back, I had installed an App from BB World called "Steel N Gage". After some time, I uninstalled it. This app is basically an Android App, ported to BB world. I had downloaded a few videos via this app, that later on I deleted it using the file manager. But I still see the thumbnails when I click the videos tab, although the videos do not work (as they had been deleted). How do I remove the thumbnails?Help with Videos-img_20140609_123056.png

Have uploaded a screenshot of what I see. Note the date seen as "January 4713"...
    Please help...

    Are they on the SDcard?

Had a similar issue. Shut down phone, pull SDcard, restart, go to Video app, also "try" check folder in File Manager (it won't be there, of course). Let it update cache for a while, then turn off. Re-insert SDcard, and then have patience.

Maybe you could skip a step, but that worked for me in a similar case.

You did security wipe and you still have the error? Maybe you restored from backup after wiping.
If you restore from backup, the bug whichever was present previously will come back.
Just do a security wipe and set up the phone as new. You might lose all your data though. So back them up to the cloud/computer.

How did you Delete the app? You can try checking to see if it still shows. Open the Device Monitor. Check the tabs at the top and open STORAGE. Scroll down and see if the app still shows. Press/Hold on it, if there, and accept DELETE.

You could also try reinstalling it. Then use the above method to delete it.

    Hi Cycle_wala:
sorry for the late reply. Yes, I had the error even after security wipe. And no, I did not restore it from the backup.

    Hi Ambassador:
Sorry for the late reply. I deleted the app by the usual way-- clicking the recycle bin when the apps wiggle. I checked the Device Monitor and the app details were not seen.
