    Hello All

    My issue with my music while playing it using my beats by dre wireless headphones. I can go back and fourth no problem, but a few songs in if I use my phone to skip over track I get a pop up message. That reason application has to close then I have to restart the phone or turn it off then on again for it to work. This does happen as often but still annoying

    Are there particular tracks that skips? It sounds to me like a corrupted file. If you have a foobar2000 music player on your computer, you can drag your music files and select "Verify intergrity". The software scans and analyzes if your songs have problems.

    Um it can be any song really where it closes when I go into my phone to skip to different songs. Again this happens rarely but is still pretty annoying

    Happened to me before just do a reset with both volume keys and should work did for me

    Happened to me for the first time ever last weekend, a quite unique error I'm afraid would happen more often if I used the music player even more. Not sure if it's a good thing I'm heavily dependent on spotify.

    Happens from time to time for me too. You might want to check your SD card (if you store your music there).

    Hold both the up (+) and down (-) volume keys together for 10 mississippis.

    Yeah I got this a few times before, not really sure how to remedy it though. I usually remove SD and put back in.

    Save yourself some time and just do a hard reset will do the trick
