My wifi calling app is coming up with Error: ER06 "OTA failed"
I attached a screen cap. Can anyone help me resolve this? Thanks!

Thanks Lui for your reply. So, I called t-mobile and they told me to remove the battery, and they got my sim card info. Then they told me to delete the app and download it again, which still didn't work. Then I got transferred to Blackberry and they weren't able to help me at all. I got transferred back to T-Mobile and they said to try getting a new sim card. My sim card is fairly new so I have my doubts but I hope it works.

Simple solution: Your WiFi signal is too weak to make phone calls; not every WiFi signal does the trick
BTW: I've found, that if you turn off the Network signal, WiFi calling is better
I'm on TMobile NYC; they're basically clueless, unless you get lucky
My experience through trial & error, usurps most TMo tech's

The problem seems to have resolved itself. I was about to go grab a new sim card when my Q10 rebooted itself and had wifi calling working now out of nowhere. Very strange.
