    if your carrier does not give you an update go to the nearest blackberry service center which is SERV CARE in the Philippines and let them do it..

    Z30 got the OS updates via Globe , I'm using Z10 STL100-1 and no updates. I ended up by using sachesi method.

    Maybe she's on a lower build? As long the OS versions are the same, it's technically identical.

    I got mine on my Z10 STL100-2 today. Globe user here too. Minor changes and optimizations lang na notice ko. Autofocus while recording a video is still not working. And the homescreen is really faster!!
