I have a 9810 that I keep charged. I love that phone and would gladly put another SIM in but my carrier is a thief when it comes to pay-as-you-go charges.

Yeah, with all issues in the Z30?! I'm considering going back on my Bold 9650! I can run diagnostics,& Ping,Dns tests if I have any issue with it! The Z30, vzw & BlackBerry Tech didn't know what to do with my device?!!

Hi,

Yes, I SIM'ed up my old 9700 recently. I needed a phone I could afford to lose or get damaged while working out of the office. It took a few tries to familiarize myself with the keyboard again, but the ole 9700 still works like a charm - talk about bulletproof!!

I got it unlocked of course, which one can do for free with the 9700 if you're ready to wait for a few days, or pay a VERY modest fee to an advertiser here on CB and get the unlock codes immediately.

Overall I'm VERY pleased I finally got off my **** and did it.
