I have downloaded the leak OS version (10.2)
I tried to format my phone and it just stopped working
it is not even booting!!
it gives me the caution triangle with error code BB10-0015
Can this be fixed? and is yes how?
I need your replies ASAP.

Here is a link to the BB Knowledge Base 0015 is a fatal file error, which sounds like a bad installation. Try installing the leak again, or using bbLink revert to your official OS.

Do you mean the leaked 10.3 or did you really mean 10.2? (I thought 10.2 was available everywhere already.)

Have you tried connecting to your PC? Open Link, let it boot up, which can take a few minutes sometimes for some reason. Then connect your Q5 to the PC and see if Link recognizes it.

You have to reload the OS using AutoLoader
