When I initially setup my z10 the switch process from may old BlackBerry device synced the notes to the remember app. However when I change or add new notes on outlook they do not update on the z10.

    Any ideas?

There have always been issues with syncing notes and tasks, even on legacy OS. What OS do you have? How are you syncing to your Outlook info?

I don't think you can sync outlook notes with remember. I looked into that when I switched to BB10 and wasn't possible. Outlook content that syncs is only contacts and calendar.
Only time I ever get anything from my outlook into tasks or remember is if someone sends me and outlook appointment or if I flag an email. It then ends up in the remember app as a task or note and also the calendar if its an appointment.

I think you can sync outlook notes with Evernote.

I sync my Notes and Tasks from my work Outlook account with no problems. Just have it setup via EAS.

There are options to sync these when you setup the account on your phone.

Are you talking about outlook as in Enterprise Exchange Server or outlook.com web mail service?

Normal stand alone outlook 2010, Z10 on 10.2. Sync (not a 100% in months) with BlackBerry Link. Many unsuccessful syncs of contacts and calendar.

If these sync issues continue and I have things I can't sync I will have to change my z10. And I love this phone.

    Thanks to all.

Can you sync stand alone with Outlook.com? It works via EAS.

Who is your email service provider? Gmail, hotmail/outlook.com? Yahoo?

Email provider by different methods. Gmail, company email, etc... no enterprise service or exchange.

This has been a design choice by blackberry to not integrate Outlook desktop client with BlackBerry Link in the same way BBOS phones used Desktop Manager. Currently there is no sync capability via usb between outlook desktop client and BB10 for notes or tasks. The possibility is there (I.e iTunes has notes and bookmark sync, 3rd party apps can do it, etc) but blackberry has chosen not to implement it for some reason.....this is seriously one of the handfull of things that's has me using my bold 9900 over my Z10.... I just don't get it why this isn't something that can be done but oh well

It is incredible that a business and productivity device like a BB10 device cannot sync out of the box Outlook with Remember.

This has been one of my biggest complains since I bought my Q10.

I have a work around using an outlook.com account configured both in the device and outlook and it does the job decently enough, however, it has a few restrictions.

BlackBerry could offer the sync capability as a paid add-on, and I am sure it will have a market for it. But back with reality, wishing surprises from Blackberry, my hopes are low.

Wireless memo sync with BlackBerry 10 is possible on Exchange servers 2010 and later. It didn't work for me on Exchange 2007, but now that I'm on Office 365/Exchange 2013 it is working again.

Just started to use Evernote to solve this. Copied all my outlook notes to Evernote. It will not sync them but at least I have a way to pass them to my bb.

By the look of things I do not think I will be able to hold on to this z10 with all the sync issues on contacts and calendar. A part from the notes problem.

I love the z10 but an S5 is on my radar. I am doing all the research on how that one syncs just to make sure before I change. I need to keep outlook and phone updated and in sync. That is essential for my productivity.

Pay Microsoft $6.00 per month and get a Office 365 Exchange account. It syncs your email, calendar, notes and tasks. I have been using it for almost a year and it is pretty rock solid. I can also sync with my Playbook and Office 365 web site and my desktop and laptop without additional cost. For me the $6.00 is well worth the price.

I got mine from GoDaddy. I think it was only $4-$5/month IIRC.
