A coworker has a Z10 with a dead screen and has gotten a new Q10 to replace it. Problem is, when I go to switch devices through Link, it's asking to unlock the Z10 on the device, which is not possible. Is there any way around this? Her phone is full of contacts and of course she never backed anything up.

    Any ideas are appreciated.

Try making a backup of the Z10 (both with BB Link and Sachesi) and then loading that into the Q10. You may run into the same issue though.

Lessons learned: If you don't back up, at least user cloud services to sync you stuff.

The problem is that when I plug the Z10 into the computer, it's asking for me to unlock the phone on the device, which has a dead screen. It turns on, but the touch screen is non responsive
