Since upgrading to 10.2.1 on Verizon I haven't been able to open a single android app.
This is all i get. "Help" is no help at all, and so far I haven't found anything to help me here in the forums.

Anyone got any ideas what is going on?

Yes. Two. Try them in this order:

1. Hold the top buttom of your phone till the device reboots. DO NOT release it untill you see the BB logo loading screen. Wait about a minute after boot and try an android app;
2. (if 1 didn't fix it) Remove the app, reboot like stated on 1, reinstall the app.

i have that issue everytime i upgrade to a new OS version.

I usually solve it by: keep trying to open an APK, or
lately I've solved the problem by sideloading Snap and installing a new APK, after a while the Android runtime switches on!
and once it's on, it's on for good

You may try performing a security wipe, but don't restore 'application data' backup afterwards. You may restore 'settings' and 'media' backups though. Application data restore usually breaks the android runtime.
