Is it possible to take pictures and videos that I have taken on my phone and put them onto my PC via WiFi?

Yes. You can use RFA for that. Need to set that up in LINK.

You don't need Link at all. Go into Settings > Storage and Access > Turn ON "Access using WiFI" > provide password.

Then from your PC, in a file manager, go to \\<phoneName>\media\ and you will see all the user folders in your phone.

This is also an excellent way to access your phone for backups of all your data (but not the system) and can be automated with any syncing or backup software.

Another option is to put them in Box Dropbox or OneDrive.
If you have these on your phone and PC the transfer is effortless as long as you have these ( pictured ) settings toggled on.

    It's nice to have options.

Remote file access is the easiest to setup and it works perfectly.

When I navigate on my PC to the Phone in the Network folder, I can see my phone but it is asking for a Username and Password. What would the username be?

Type in "BlackBerry " for username, all lower case works for me.
Password is what ever you set up on your device.

You can actually set the Username in Storage and Access > Identification on Network > Username
    The default is BlackBerry
