is anyone here find or try 10.3 in STL100-1 ?

some says today was the release date of

i dont have much time for reading sir , i want it to try , any problems i took risk grrr ...

Just to reiterate a few forum members:
- 10.3 SDK is incomplete so there may be some features missing
-> since it's still in it's early stages there is bound to be some bugs/performance hiccups
- you may want to start fresh (i.e. backup but don't restore) as restoring may sometimes cause issues
-> THIS WILL COMPLETELY WIPE YOUR DATA - you're placing the OS here not updating the system files, so tread lightly

As for my own experience:
I created a hybrid by combining the 10.3.0.296 leak with the updated .bar files and the radio file from the SDK. So far (2 days in) my Z10 has never been better! the battery life has actually increased by a few hours and I get to play around with so many new features! Though since I'm talking the leak which has a lower build version, there is of course a few differences in user experience.

As Slff said, you can go back to an older build, so it's really up to you.

The radio is basically what is needed for your phone to connect to your carrier: it's like an iPod touch vs an iPhone, where the main difference is the ability to make calls, send SMS, etc.

The .296 bar files are the files from the previous leak, if you sideload them you'll probably be able to have many of the missing features working. Look around the forums for a post (just search .296 and it'll probably pop up).

Basically the SDK just have OS 10.3.442 + 10.3.441 Radio + Core application. that's why you need to add some application (such as music/video player, file manager, picture viewer etc) from 10.3.296 if you want to use it daily...

the next is to put up a 296 bars missing right and after that
is that finished everything will be okay or is there some bugs ?

i dont care about the bugs or the interfaces problem
i worry about is the performance of it ,whether the
app gonna crash at all .

i heard of it that 10.3 OS has a different styles from 10.2
like camera it has a timer selection and capture button
the music player has a built equalizer function thats why
i love to try this OS

Look, if you are this confused, I wouldn't even try loading 442. It is truly lacking functions, such as alarms, and require wipes to get other functions working.
If you're so new to this, I wouldn't start with this OS. You'll truly be in WTF mode

that last part cracked me up, but i totally agree with you. OP, like many others have suggested, i don't recommend you continue with this unless you know what you're doing, or is at least mentally prepared for the unknown.

As for the hybrid, the one i built was done in various steps and there is no actual autoloader for it. The base OS is also of a lower build (.296 vs .442 which is the SDK). A hybrid is basically a combination of different elements. In this case, it's essentially taking components of the two 10.3 versions floating around and putting them together in one nice little package. I won't go any further unless you are prepared for what's to come.
