SO YES, after we all got to taste the SDK os 10.3 and hybrid it, so far im linking the HUB in OS 10.3 and "speed traige" is just amazing plus the quick reply option...the camera auto suggestion to switch to HDR mode or timeshift mode dont even get me started on the panorama mode who is working GOOD!!! the Andriod runtime witch is faster and the list goes on.......(we ALL know the changes) and ill be honest the OS aint that lagy as some people say it is......

for my opinion I CANT go back to OS 10.2.1 now im sure there will be plenty of leaks in the near future for sure.

what do you guys think??

Yes. While 10.3 is nice and brings with it some nice new features, I am not a fan of the UI design changes I hope in the final release they have a dark theme option. That might at least soften some of my distaste for the new UI.

Yes, the official software release of 2947 I would downgrade to if I ever found anything dire & disappointing of this 10.3 hybrid but I can't speak for the Z3 owners w/ the actual build

Me too, my 10.3 mashup is great. NO going back to 10.2.1 (which was so great after 10.0 to 10.2). I do have mixed opinions about the 'flat' look and some UI changes, but I am getting used to them (but would like the old clock icon back, the new one is so ugly). Call screen is great (though I'd prefer it dark). Just so much good, and no more glitchy than even some official OS's I've used.

I have been on the SDK since release, with many bits and pieces from 296 and am pretty much happy to stay on this Hybrid....

Very pleased with the performance and new features of 10.3....

my z30 have the beta 2 os 10.3 and I say that I like more than 10.2.1 however should be further improved 10.3 has small errors one of them is the battery performance is 2 mockit not with me lets you edit the text in the image

I went back to Z10STL100-3/10.2.1.3175 because of awful battery life on 10.3, but I will be giving it another try on my days off. Didn't get time to let it settle
