    The data card in my blackberry 9380 gets corrupted suddenly and then it is not detectable on any other phone/PC.
    I had to throw away 2 8-GB data cards until now. When taken to the service center, my software was updated, both the times but no fixed solution was provided. Does anybody have any solution ?

    Try first other memory card. It might be that your card is failing. As you may know, flash memory only has a limited amount of read and write cycles.
