    When I send an MMS and it shows up clear on my end, when the person receives it, the picture comes really blurry? Is this just me, I don't want to have to reformat my q10.

    That's just the joys of MMS, the resolution is terrible. Consider using bbm or whatsapp, they still down scale your pictures but not to the same degree.

    Yeah.. what I have to do is send screen shots.... so that the other person can get it.
