I recently found my Q10 (after 5 months of gone missing) and after updating the software and what not, I want to delete old text messages, facebook messages, etc. It's taking to long to delete them one by one, so is there any easier way on deleting them wholesale? I was able to do it when the track ball/pad was present (by high-lighting them and then pressing delete), but still not used to using all the functions, especially when the track pad/ball is no longer available.

    Thanks

Yes, there is. Go to Text Messages (for example). Long press on the most recent date bar, and a menu will pop out from the right. Tap "delete prior" at the bottom of that menu. Everything earlier than the date you've chosen will be deleted. This will anywhere work in the Hub as well, any email folder, Facebook, and so on.

    No problemo.

Just a thought -- you may be interested in this consolidated "tips" page. Maybe bookmark it for reference. I use this all the time in the forums.
