Hey all. Posted this a few weeks ago but didn't get a good answer and things are getting critical. Excuse the repost.

I have a Curve 9360 with T-Mobile. I had an enterprise email for a long time and everything synced wirelessly and life was simple. Then I switched from Exchange to Office 365, unaware that O365 won't wirelessly sync data with a 9360 - only the 10 series. So now I'm in the wide world of manual sync'ing.

I want to configure Blackberry Desktop Manager so that it will always update my laptop's Outlook Tasks with the Task info from my Blackberry, but also always update my phone with the address book and calendar info from my laptop's Outlook Tasks. I don't want any emails sync'ed. How can I set this up?

    Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your reply. I have Outlook 2013, and this link here says that it only works with 2010. Any other ideas?

Just downloaded and tried to install but received a prompt saying "The Microsoft Hotmail Outlook Connector requires Outlook 2003, 2007 or 2010" and won't let me continue.

I try to sync the info using the Desktop Software but everything's greyed out... see picI Want to Sync Tasks from Phone, Contacts/etc from Computer-organizer.jpg

Depending on your O365 plan, BBCS (BlackBerry Cloud Services aka BES for Cloud) is included. Even better, it's a no-cost option.

That sounds like what you're really looking for.

Hey Jerry. I have a Blackberry Curve 9360. I'm told BBCS doesn't work for the 9360. Do you know if that's the case?
Also, any idea why those options are greyed out in the pic on the Desktop Software?

BBCS does support the Curve 9360. It's cloud-based BES, so it supports BBOS 5/6/7.

As for your screenshot, it appears that you're already wirelessly syncing (or so it thinks). With BBOS you can't really sync wirelessly and manually. Did you remove the old Enterprise Activation and wipe your device before moving to O365?

Why not just go back to exchange?

I did not wipe or remove before switching to O365. Should I do that in order to be able to sync manually?

O365 is a lot better online as far as allowing my workers connectivity and communication, but until I get the Blackberry 10 series phone, it's a big fail on the wireless side.

Yes, you will need to wipe in order to enable a new Enterprise Activation. You will also need to setup BBCS on O365 and activate the Curve from the BBCS console in O365 - can't do it from the desktop.
