I'm writing this because I just tried to send my wife a BBM sticker. I tapped the icon, and nothing happened (approx 0.5-1 second) so I tapped again, thinking I missed it. All of a sudden the sticker got sent twice! This has happened on a number of occasions where I'll accidentally send the wrong sticker while browsing, or send it twice. There needs to be some sort of "confirmation" mechanism, such as my proposal:
Touch the sicker once to highlight it and a second touch will send it. Alternatively, touching it once, puts a mini version in the text field, then you can press Send. I like the first idea best.
But the way works now feels unfinished; there needs to be some sort of confirmation.
Agreed, that has been a gripe of mine since the first time I used a sticker. It's not a huge issue to me by any means, but I'd really prefer a sort of confirmation instead of it just sending as soon as you tap it.
