    Under notifications > Applications > [specific app] > Instant Previews drop menu (below the LED toggle). Though, I'm still on 10.2.1 so I don't know for certain if it's actually still there or not.

    Anyone have a fix for this? I'm running the leak but wondering if it works on the sdk?

    load sys.settings from 10.3.0.140 and all your notifications will be available. The two more recent 10.3 settings will not work.

    All notifications work in sdk os for me

    Well I think we found the root of yer problem right o'er here, sir/ma'am... The fix ain't pretty, and it's going to cost you (some updated bars), but we'll get cha squared off nice and good.
