It's coming as soon as anyone else knows, then once it does come it's up to your carrier unless you load it up on your own.

I know when official 10.3 breaks out I'm not waiting for my carrier even though I'm in Canada on the telus/koodo network and have pushed updates fast

A leaked OS? You will have to wait till the SDK is released (this may) and maybe by the end of may or June you will get something your stl100-1
An official release? No one knows yet, maybe by the end of the year.

Your information is a bit off, I believe we will see official 10.3 before September.

10.3.1.xxxx is said to launch by the end of the year.

10.3 is the leeway time to give devs time to transfer there apps from Adobe air to native or Web works.

There is no way blackberry would just come out with 10.3.1 right away and blindside devs

If you actually read what I wrote and just jump to conclusions I said 10.3 will probably release before 10.3.1... not unreasonable given the amount of talk about 10.3 from Michael clewleys BBM channel

hey guys i still havent received an update in my blackberry z10 .. i use a bsnl carrier and im from india ... the model number is STL 100-4 and it was purchased in dubai ... does this mean i have to send this back to dubai if i have to update my phone ?
