    There were instances where I happened to download apps from Snap on my Z10, then I decided to delete them.

    Unlike Blackberry World where you can unistall apps permanently and delete off completely, in Snap I just delete them off the Home Screen. However, if I go to Snap I still find them under the My Apps/Available.

    Does anyone know how to delete them off there completely?

    Go to Device Monitor, Storage tab. Wait for it to populate. Select the app, tap, tap delete.

    I am not sure about DELETING permanently from Snap, but these days when I delete an app, especially Android, I open the Device Monitor and go to Storage and find the app and Delete it from there. I *THINK* is cleans up better that way.
